On August 17, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing top-line results from the Company’s Phase 2 randomized, controlled, company-sponsored trial comparing CRLX101 administered in combination with Avastin to investigator’s choice of standard of care in patients with relapsed renal cell carcinoma who have received two or three prior lines of therapy. The full text of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
