Regulation FD Disclosure |
On August 17, 2016, Collectors Universe, Inc. issued a press release reporting that David G. Hall, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, has undergone a recent surgery and is expected to make a full recovery and return to work in a few weeks. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
