Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 15, 2016, ATRM Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and providing information regarding its outlook for the remainder of fiscal year 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
