ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On August 12, 2016, Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has reduced the balance remaining on the Company's revolving credit line with KeyBank National Association ("KeyBank") to approximately $46.1 million from $67.2 million at June 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
