Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 16, 2016, National CineMedia, Inc. (“NCM, Inc.”) and National CineMedia, LLC (“NCM LLC”) issued a press release announcing that NCM LLC priced the private placement of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2026. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
