The Board of Directors of NF Energy Saving Corporation (the “Company”) has determined to hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on September 27, 2016. The record date for stockholders eligible to vote at the meeting will be duly noticed in accordance with state law, the Company’s by-laws and SEC requirements. The proxy materials will include the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015, which was filed with the SEC on March 30, 2016.
Also, on August 12, 2016, The NASDAQ Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notified the Company that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from July 29, 2016 to August 11, 2016, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had been at $1.00 per share or greater and that, as such, the Company has regained compliance with Rule 5550(a)(2) of the Nasdaq Listing Rules.
