On August 11, 2016, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by Joseph Saoud, President of Global Construction, Agriculture & Military business, that he is resigning from the Company effective September 30, 2016. The Company expects to launch a search for a replacement for that role.
