Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 16, 2016, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it intends to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 and that it will host a conference call to discuss the results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2016 on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. EST. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. See Exhibit 99.1 for information concerning dial-in access.
