Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 15, 2016, Corporate Capital Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
