Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 15, 2016 Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Board declared a quarterly dividend of 58 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2016 to Company stockholders of record on the close of business on November 16, 2016. The ex-date will be November 14, 2016 for holders of the common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and November 15, 2016 for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
