Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 12, 2016, FS Investment Corporation II issued a press release providing an overview of its operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and announcing the details of its second quarter stockholder conference call, which will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
