Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 11, 2016, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (the “Company”) mailed a letter to its members including a check representing the distribution of $250 per unit to its members of record as of July 15, 2016. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
