Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 11, 2016, Sigma Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016, and providing an update on recent business developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
