Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 11, 2016, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc.'s (the “Company”) Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Trevor, is scheduled to present at the Jefferies 2016 Industrials Conference in New York City.
