Item 2.02.    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2016, Carey Credit Income Fund 2016 T (the “Company”) increased its public offering price from $9.60 per share to $9.65 per share. The increase in the public offering price will be effective as of the Company’s August 11, 2016 weekly closing and first applied to subscriptions received in good order from August 3, 2016 through August 9, 2016.
In accordance with the Company’s previously disclosed share pricing policy, the Company determined that an increase in the public offering price per share was warranted following an increase in the Company’s net asset value per share to $9.07 as of August 8, 2016. As a result of the increase in the Company’s public offering price, the maximum sales load and net proceeds per share will be approximately $0.55 per share and $9.10 per share, respectively.
