Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 10, 2016, Blue Buffalo Pet Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
