Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that OTC Stock Transfer, Inc. resigned as its stock transfer agent effective as of July 25, 2016. Effective as of August 8, 2016, the Company appointed Action Stock Transfer Corporation to be its new stock transfer agent.
