(b) Represents the impact of certain employee severance, restructuring and integration costs, as well as the impact from a number of other items including franchise taxes, non-cash items and one-time costs from third party advisors. This adjustment is a component of the severance and restructuring adjustments to net loss to arrive at Adjusted EBITDA on a consolidated basis.
