The audited consolidated financial statements and related financial statement schedule as of December 31, 2015 and 2014, and for the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013 and the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2016 and 2015, and for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015 of Southern Company Gas (previously known as AGL Resources Inc.) were previously filed as exhibits to the Current Report on Form 8-K of The Southern Company dated May 5, 2016.
