Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. |
On August 2, 2016, K. Bryce Toussaint, the Chief Executive Officer of MYOS RENS Technology Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to resign his employment with the Company on August 31, 2016. Mr. Toussaint will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s board of directors. On August 2, 2016, William Waller, the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, resigned his employment with the Company, effective immediately. The Company’s board of directors is in the process of conducting a search for successors to these officers and will name such successors upon the completion of the search.
