On August 5, 2016, US Foods Holding Corp. (the “Company”) has announced that Juliette Pryor, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, notified the Company on August 2, 2016 that she will resign her positions effective September 30, 2016 to pursue other business opportunities outside of the Company.
