On August 4, 2016, Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (the "Partnership"), in connection with its second quarter 2016 conference call to discuss financial results, revised the previously announced estimate of total expansion capital spending in 2016. In connection with recent initiatives executed in connection with its Bakken Pipeline project, the Partnership now expects total expansion capital spending, excluding acquisitions, to be approximately $1.4 billion in 2016. The expansion capital expenditure estimate includes spending on previously announced growth projects, excluding acquisitions.
