On August 1, 2016, SolarCity Corporation (“SolarCity” or the “Company”) issued a press release regarding certain of its operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
