Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on August 1, 2016 announcing the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share on July 29, 2016. The dividend is payable on August 25, 2016 to shareholders of record on August 11, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
