Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 29, 2016, Donaldson Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 17.5 cents per share, payable August 31, 2016 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2016. The Company has paid a cash dividend every quarter for the past 61 years.
A copy of the press release that discusses these matters is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
