As part of the Company’s presentation at the Keefe, Bruyette and Woods’ (KBW) Community Bank Investor Conference in New York on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, the Company will present slides. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
