Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
The Timken Company (the "Company") issued a press release on July 28, 2016 announcing results for the second quarter of 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.
Also on July 28, 2016, the Company will host a conference call and post conference call materials on its website, www.timken.com.
