Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 28, 2016, Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) announced financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016. The press release, dated July 28, 2016, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
