On July 27, 2016, Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company, announced the retirement of Eugene Iarocci, Vice President of Rollins, Inc. and operational leadership changes at its Atlanta headquarters. The Company has filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 a press release of this announcement, which is incorporated herein by reference.
