Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 27, 2016, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, "Marine Products Corporation Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend." The press release announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 to be payable September 9, 2016 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2016.
