On July 26, 2016, Landec Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016 and for the full fiscal year ended May 29, 2016. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
