Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 27, 2016, John Deere Owner Trust 2016-B issued $243,600,000 of its Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, $221,000,000 of its Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes, $220,000,000 of its Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes and $70,610,000 of its Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes pursuant to the registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form SF-3 (File No. 333-208068) on November 17, 2015 (as amended by pre-effective amendment No. 1 thereto filed by JDRI on January 12, 2016, as further amended by pre-effective amendment No. 2 thereto filed by JDRI on February 2, 2016 and as further amended by pre-effective amendment No. 3 thereto filed by JDRI on February 10, 2016). In that connection, as described in the Prospectus dated July 19, 2016, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to its Rule 424(b)(5) on July 21, 2016, the Registrant is filing the final forms of the agreements listed below under exhibits.
