Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On July 19, 2016, our board of directors amended our company’s bylaws to reduce the quorum of shareholders at any meeting of shareholders from 50% to 10% of the issued and outstanding shares.
