Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 21, 2016, Matthews International Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable August 15, 2016 to stockholders of record August 1, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
