GrowCo, Inc. (“GrowCo”), a majority owned subsidiary of Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (“Two Rivers”, OTCQB: TURV) announced on July 22, 2016 through an investor email update that Aaron Van Wingerden signed a Stipulation for Possession on July 21, 2016 whereby Suncanna will fully vacate the first greenhouse by September 6, 2016.
Additionally announced was that crews are prepping and laying down the rebar/pex for the main floor pour in GCP 2. A power/truss screed allows us to drop the floor at a 1.5"slope from each side towards the middle. There is a total of 2 1/4" of slope from the edge of the outside of each bay that goes to the middle drain, or 2 1/4" over 18'. This prevents puddles and moisture from staying on the floor in any one area thereby reducing labor costs for the licensed grower to spray for algaecides and reduces humidity inside the greenhouse.
