On July 21, 2016, Sensus Healthcare, Inc. issued a press release announcing the anticipated separation of its units, which is expected to occur at market open on Monday, July 25, 2016. Following separation, the common stock and warrants included in the units will commence trading separately under the symbols “SRTS” and “SRTSW,” respectively, and trading of the units under the symbol “SRTSU” will be suspended. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
