Item 2.02 | RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On July 21, 2016, General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
In lieu of a conference call, management recorded remarks addressing the results and this recording, along with the presentation slides and quarterly press release, will be posted to the Company’s website.
