ITEM 8.01. Other Events.
On July 19, 2016, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it incorrectly understated the 2015 week 28 revenue ton miles (“RTMs”) as 2,441 million instead of 2,619 million and as a result overstated the year-over-year percentage changes. The 2016 week 28 RTMs were correctly reported. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
