On July 19, 2016, Sanchex Energy Corporation the “Company”) announced its operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
