On July 18, 2016, Banc of California, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s total consolidated assets exceeded $10 billion as of June 30, 2016.
The Company also announced that it will release 2016 second quarter financial results on Thursday, July 21, 2016. The Company will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter earnings at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on that same day. Interested parties may attend the conference call by dialing 888-317-6003, and referencing event code 6455872. A live audio webcast will be available through the webcast link to be posted on the Company’s Investor Relations website at www.bancofcal.com/investor, in addition to the slide presentation for investor review prior to the call.
