On July 8, 2016, Dr. Jamey Weichert tendered his resignation as our Chief Scientific Officer, effective July 15, 2016. Dr. Weichert, a member of the faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a primary founder of the Company, had served as a Director of the Company until May 19, 2016. The Board of Directors thanks Dr. Weichert for his years of service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
