On July 12, 2016, the Management Development and Compensation Committee of Brady Corporation (the “Company”) approved the form of award agreements for grants of nonqualified stock options, restricted stock units and performance-based restricted stock units under the Brady Corporation 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
