Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 13, 2016, NeuStar, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that Venkat Achanta has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer, effective July 25, 2016, and will be responsible for expanding Neustar’s existing data strategy and attribute platform. Mr. Achanta has over twenty years of experience in data science, analytics and enterprise management, most recently as Chief Data Officer of Walmart.
A copy of the press release announcing the appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
