On July 1, 2016, Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. (“Patriot” or the “Company”) filed a Definitive Information Statement on Schedule 14C with respect to the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”) to be held on July 26, 2016. On July 8, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company decided to postpone the Annual Meeting to a date later in the year.
