On July 12, 2016, MYR Group Inc. (the “Company”) completed the previously announced $142.5 million common stock repurchase program (the “Repurchase Program”). Under the Repurchase Program, the Company repurchased a total of 6,024,978 shares of its outstanding common stock for $142.5 million at an average share price of $23.64 per share. The Board of Directors of the Company reviews the Company's capital plans, including plans regarding common stock repurchases, on a regular basis.
