Quarterly Dividend
On July 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of Talmer Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on our Class A common stock to be paid on July 29, 2016 to shareholders of record of our Class A common stock as of July 22, 2016.
