(b) Effective close of business on July 8, 2016, Mr. John Edelen resigned as Chief Risk Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York ("Bank"). Ms. Melody Feinberg, Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Risk Officer, will now serve as Acting Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Edelen is leaving the Bank to pursue new opportunities and career interests.
