On July 11, 2016, CytRx Corporation ("we," "us," "our" and the "company") issued a press release announcing the initial results of our pivotal Phase 3 trial of aldoxorubicin as a treatment for patients with second line soft-tissue sarcomas. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and incorporated herein by reference.
Also on July 11, 2016, we will host a webcast, as described in the press release, to discuss the initial results. A replay of the webcast will be posted on our website: www.cytrx.com.
