The appointment of Dr. Mario Ruscev to Corporate Executive Vice President and President Global Product Lines announced in Item 8.01 of Form 8-K on June 21, 2016 is not effective until September 25, 2016. Until such time, Dr. Ruscev will remain a Corporate Executive Vice President and senior operating executive reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
