Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 8, 2016, Larry Lucchino resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Performance Sports Group Ltd. (the “Company”). The Company accepted his resignation, effective immediately. In addition to his role as a director, Mr. Lucchino was a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee. Further details are contained in the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
